Schedule your first appointment with your local Massage Master and they can get you signed up after your initial massage!

As a Masters Club member you are billed every month for your monthly massage. Massages can accumulate so you do not lose them if you are unable to make every month. Cost varies on selection between a 60 minute or a 90 minute membership. Please see the cost comparison here.

Massage Masters requires at least 24-hour cancellation otherwise we charge 100%, no exceptions. 

Members can pause their membership at any time for up to 3 months.  After 3 months the membership will resume.  After 12 sessions are accrued- Massage Masters puts client's membership on an automatic 6-month hold.

Please allow up to 14 days to process a cancellation.

Massage Masters requires at least 30 days’ notice before terminating a contract. This allows us time to cancel the club membership and book any remainder sessions. Please be advised that if you cancel your club membership you are given 14 days to use any unused sessions or you may be at risk of losing them.

- Club Members cannot transfer their membership or unused sessions to other people.

- Club Members acknowledge that this is a STRICTLY therapeutic massage with professional draping and will not proposition the therapist with alternate offers.

- Club Members will update the therapist on any changes to their health or medications.

- Sessions are nonrefundable but remain so you can always get your massage at a later date.
